To handle this grotto located near the church and cemetery in Russia, our specialists needed to chisel all of the mortar joints due to years of being exposed to the enviroment and prep for new. A historical mortar mix was used to tuckpoint and ensure proper bonding.  The stone was then waterproofed and the exterior dome had a roofing sealant applied.
