MONTEZUMA

Lintel replacements were needed for the garages, doors, and windows on this structure due to installation of metal trim trapping moisture causing rust and the weakening of the original lintels.  Brick matching and mortar matching were keys to keeping the original look in tact.  Caulking of windows and doors helped seal and protect home from further damage.
