Repairs were completed in a timely fashion as soon as the weather permitted. Repaired section was restored so well that it is impossible to discern where the repair was made because the stones were so well matched and replaced with excellent skill. Workers were thoughtful and courteous. They are skilled craftesmen and take pride in their work.In 30+ years they are the best workers that I have ever hired to do repair work.

Brix was one of several contractors we contacted for replacing our brick around our newly installed front door with side windows. Many were 'too busy', didn't want to do the tedious work of zig-zag sawing around bricks, complained that it would be too difficult, or were just plain no-shows to scheduled appts. Josh apparently did the impossible job that others couldn't or wouldn't do! He used the brick we had from the old door being cut out, did the necessary zig-zag sawing on one side, put in vertical "soldier" bricks above and below the door, matched the mortar color (which others said would not be possible), and did the same above a separate window on the front of our house while protecting everything with tarps and boards. He tidied up every day before he left, and he did a great final clean-up. Communication was prompt. He was very courteous and his price was better than fair. His work was excellent. It WAS a tough job! The result is exactly what we had hoped for! He took the challenge and impressed us. Obviously, we highly recommend that you don't waste your time getting other estimates. You probably won't find better!

I hired another company to repair my brick arch doorway and chimney cap. This company hit the bricks with mallet, put some caulk in and called it done. Needless to say they were fired! I ended up hiring Brix Restoration and couldn't ask for a better experience. Josh took the time to remove broken bricks, locate the proper size and match the grout making my arch like new. I can't thank him enough for the spectacular job he did! Hire this company with confidence!
