Brix provides the following masonry services to Brick, Stone, Terra Cotta, Concrete, and More:

BRICK/STONE REPAIR or SETTING • Damaged or deteriorated brick is analyzed and replaced with new brick to ensure the closest possible match of existing brick. Depending upon the age of the brick or availability, Brix has affiliations which can custom make new bricks to specifically match the existing brick at an additional fee. We also lay and set brick or stone for new projects.

TUCKPOINTING • Removal of deteriorated mortar joints of brick and stone while keeping the historical integrity of your structure in tact by matching the existing mortar as closely as possible.

WATERPROOFING • A chemical application is applied to the structure to ensure long-lasting durability without the worries of leaks.

CAULKING • Removal of deteriorating caulked joints with the proper prep work which is critical for the proper seal of a joint, frame, etc.

INJECTIONS • Seals cracks in masonry structure to prevent further weathering and damage.

MASONRY PAINT REMOVAL/PAINTING • Graffiti removal and/or years of layered paint removal with use of chemicals depending upon necessary steps needed to bring structure back to the original state. Professional painting of new and old structures is another service provide by our staff.

CLEANING/SEALING • Removal of stubborn stains and dirt which have accumulated over time due to normal aging and weathering. Some stains can be treated by a simple pressure treatment. Others may involve the use of chemical applications. Once the restoration process is complete, the structure can be provided with future protection against the elements of nature by applying sealants to different types of masonry surfaces.

CHIMNEY REPAIR • Analyzation of the chimney structure and the proper procedure is performed to renovate it and make it 100% efficient while maintaining the original integrity.
